Organic Agriculture means higher water holding capacity, less energy and better drinking water.
  A - Organic agriculture reduces the need for irrigation by nurturing active soil with higher water-holding capacity. (FAO 2007).
  B - Organic agriculture performs better than common practice in that it saves between 10 – 40% more energy.
  C - Organic agriculture is considered an economically justified solution for reducing the cost for cleaning up drinking water, by minimizing the nitrate and pesticide contamination.
